The health and safety of our guests and staff has been and remains our main priority at Lions Nine.
We present you the specially operation plan of our hotel.
It includes specific instructions that focus on your safety without compromising on the quality of hospitality we offer.
The operation of the hotel has been adapted in accordance with the Health Protocols of operation of hotel departments and services, with the instructions of EODY and Ministry of Tourism.
Lions Nine has a Certificate from the Ministry of Tourism “Health First” for the observance of Greek protocols in the fields of health, safety and hygiene.
Nikos Moustakas, owner and managing coordinator for the implementation and adherence to the protocols as well as the plan for dealing with a possible case, has 28 years of experience in healthcare.
Specialized training of all staff respectively done.
The accommodation cooperates with an external pulmonologist and has a list of all available medical services, pharmacies and competent authorities in our area.

This change in duration between each check in and check out is mandatory to ensure that between different customers the room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, as well as that adequate natural ventilation of the space is followed.
The administration of the accommodation keeps a file for reasons of protection of public health of the staff members and all the persons who stayed in the accommodation – name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, telephone, e-mail) – Protected by the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR) to make it possible to communicate with close contacts in the event of a COVID-19 crash, which may be identified afterwards.
RECEPTION
The reception takes place in an open space where the appropriate distances are observed, as well as the check-in process, with intact thermometer and luggage disinfection.

Our staff with the necessary equipment, accompanies you to your apartment providing all the information about the facilities of the hotel and our apartments, according to the health measures.

DOMESTIC CLEANING AND DECLARATION
Reinforced cleaning and disinfection protocols for all surfaces and bathrooms are applied in each room before visitors arrive.
Thorough cleaning and disinfection of the room is carried out with top cleaning and disinfecting cleaning products as well as using a steam cleaner on the fabric surfaces.
- We have removed from your apartment, decorative pillows, bedding, menus, guest book, magazines, etc.
- Installing a disposable cover on the TV and air conditioner controls.
- Natural ventilation of the space daily.
